Reservations
50 percent of the total rental fees is due
upon reservation. If you are paying with cash, check or money order, a refundable
damage deposit is required. The amount of the damage deposit is based on
the type and value of items rented.

The damage deposit will be refunded once items are returned in
the condition they were received, within two weeks of return. A signed
contract and invoice are also required to reserve items.
The final 50 percent of the rental payment is due 21 days before
the event date.
Payments
Details accepts cash, checks, money orders and credit cards. We do not accept
checks within 21 days of an event. Accepted credit cards include Discover,
American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Pick Up and Return
In most cases, you can pick up your items two days before your event for no
additional charge. However, Details Party Rental reserves the right to change
the pick up date to the day before your event if the items are needed by
another customer.
The items must be returned on the day following your
event unless alternate arrangements are made.
We do our
best
to offer
a flexible pick
up and return time for no additional charge. You will pick up and return
items at our office located at Barron Road and Highway 6 in south College
Station, Texas or at our warehouse on Boonville Road in Bryan, Texas.
All equipment must be repackaged and placed in its original containers
in the same condition they were received. The customer is responsible
for charges due to damaged or missing items.
If candle
wax
is left on any rental item, the item is considered damaged.
The customer is responsible for rental equipment from the time of
delivery or pick up to the time of return. If any items are missing
from your order, you must notify us within two hours of receiving
the items to avoid paying replacement costs.
Delivery and Set Up
Details can deliver or set up rental items for a reasonable price. Delivery
and set up arrangements must be made in advance. Delivery is $30 in the Bryan/College
Station area. Pick up is an additional $30. Delivery/Pick Up for events
more than 20 miles from our warehouse (Boonville and Highway 6) is $30 each
way plus $0.40 per mile.
We require a minimum order
of $125 for delivery and pick up. Additional
charges may apply if equipment must be carried up or down stairs or elevators,
or
if
there
are delays in accessing loading and unloading areas. Please call for an exact
